Order and Pick-up Procedures
Order in person:
1. Submit the order to the chosen Café de Coral branch at least 3 days (excluding the pick-up date) prior to the food pick-up date.
Fax order:
1. Fax the completed order form to 2690 5125 during office hours (Mondays to Fridays 9am-6pm and Saturdays and Sundays 9am-2pm) at least 5 days (excluding the pick-up date) prior to the food pick-up date. (Please do not re-fax the order form to avoid duplication).
2. Café de Coral will confirm the order by phone with the cardholder and notify with an order code within 48 hours upon receiving the order form.
3. If cardholders do not receive any confirmation within 48 hours, please call the enquiry hotline 2601 7890 during the office hours. Orders are valid only after Café de Coral’s telephone confirmation. Pick-up procedures: Cardholders have to present the original order form with the order code upon picking up of the order at the designated Café de Coral branch.
Terms and Conditions
1. Cardholders are required to settle payment with Citibank Credit Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) to enjoy the offers.
2. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers. Except for the add-on offers for “Stewed Cordyceps Flower, Yunnan Ham, Bamboo Fungus, Chicken and Sea Whelk Soup”, “Fish Maw and Dried Scallop Soup with Vegetarian Fin”, “Chinese BBQ Platter” and the redemption offer.
3. All discount must be deducted from the same transaction and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed and the amount paid will not be refunded. The total amount of the order will be debited from the Citibank Credit Card account specified in this form.
5. Once confirmed, pick-up/delivery address cannot be changed. If cardholders cannot pick up the food at the date specified above, the order will be forfeited and there will be no refund.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the services or products provided. Café de Coral Fast Food Limited is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities in relation to such services or products and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and Café de Coral Fast Food Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of Citibank and Café de Coral Fast Food Limited.
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
